British pop singer PinkPantheress, née Victoria Beverley Walker, has announced the release of her sophomore mixtape, Fancy That, out May 9th via Warner Records. The release follows her breakthrough mixtape To Hell with It (whose “Just for Me” landed a spot on our list of the Best Songs of 2021) and her debut studio album, 2023’s Heaven Knows.
With the nine-track Fancy That, Walker—known for her short, drum-‘n’-bass-infused dance-pop—will reportedly enter her “fun and kitsch-y era” while embracing a new level of intimacy. Featuring the recent single “Tonight” and the previously teased “Illegal,” the mixtape is said to include samples of songs by Panic! at the Disco, Basement Jaxx, among others.
Walker calls Fancy That “the most tied together project” she’s released to date. Watch a behind-the-scenes teaser below:

Alongside the new mixtape, Walker has announced a residency at London’s O2 Academy Brixton, with dates set for September 18 and 19.
