Netflix has announced the release date for Too Much, a new series created by Lena Dunham and Luis Felber. The series, which makes its debut on July 10 on the streamer, stars Hacks’s Meg Stalter, Will Sharpe, Michael Zegan, Janicza Brave, Richard E. Grant, Rita Wilson, Naomi Watts, and Rhea Pearlman.
Too Much marks Dunham’s first series as a creator and writer since 2018’s Camping, which ran for one season on HBO. Andrew Rannells, who co-starred in Dunham’s breakthrough series Girls, will also make an appearance in the new rom-com.
Netflix describes Too Much as a show about “a New York workaholic in her mid-thirties, reeling from a broken relationship that she thought would last forever and slowly isolating everyone she knows.” More entertaining, however, is Stalter’s own take on the show.
