The band is getting back together. Netflix has dropped the official trailer for the final season of Stranger Things, which debuts on the streamer on November 26. Series creators Matt and Ross Duffer have vowed to finally answer questions surrounding the show’s mythology, specifically the Upside Down, in the show’s final episodes.
Season five sees all of the main characters regrouping after last season’s finale, in which the Upside Down began invading Hawkins. According to the actors themselves, Will (Noah Schnapp) is finally back in town, Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) is in a warrior state, Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo) is in a funk, Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin) is on edge, Mike (Finn Wolfhard) is back in leadership mode, and Max (Sadie Sink) is “definitely not the way she once was.”
The final season will also see the return of series regulars David Harbour, Winona Ryder, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Maya Hawke, and Jamie Campbell Bower. Linda Hamilton will guest star, as revealed over the summer.
