Following the divisive third season of FX’s The Bear, the show’s fourth season finds Carmen “Carmy” Berzatto (Jeremy Allen White), Sydney Adamu (Ayo Edebiri), and Richard “Richie” Jerimovich (Ebon Moss-Bachrach) determined not only to survive but take the titular restaurant to the next level. Per the press release: “With new challenges around every corner, the team must adapt, adjust and overcome. This season, the pursuit of excellence isn’t just about getting better—it’s about deciding what’s worth holding on to.”
FX has dropped a trailer for the new season, which also features Abby Elliott, Lionel Boyce, Liza Colón-Zayas, Matty Matheson, Jamie Lee Curtis, Oliver Platt, and Molly Gordon. “It’s hard and it’s brutal and that’s what makes it special,” Carmy declares at one point, perhaps making a meta reference to The Bear itself.
